Because our products are sourced from carefully selected international suppliers who meet our quality standards, delivery times may vary — and we want to be completely transparent with you about what to expect from the moment you place your order.

Order Processing — 1 to 4 Business Days

The moment your payment is confirmed we get to work immediately. Your order is sent directly to our supplier for verification, quality inspection and careful packaging to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition. This process typically takes 1 to 4 business days. We believe your pet deserves products that have been properly checked before they leave the warehouse — because cutting corners is something we simply do not do at Mascotly.

Shipping Time — 7 to 14 Business Days

Once your order has passed our quality check and leaves the warehouse it typically arrives at your door within 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. We know waiting is not always easy — especially when you are excited to spoil the ones you love. We promise it is worth it.

Order Tracking — Always Know Where Their Order Is

As soon as your order is on its way you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this to follow your order every step of the way directly from our website at any time.
